The US economy added a total of 80,000 jobs during June, a report reveals.
Although the unemployment rate remains at 8.2% across the country, the number of jobs being added suggests a poor level of growth and a lack of opportunities available for people looking for work.
On average, April – June 2012 has seen 75,000 jobs added per month – which is the worst it has been since 2010.
